The price for certified professional translation includes professional translation by a sworn bi-lingual philologist, additional native speaking proof-reader, editing, formatting, accuracy affidavit declaration, company sealed certification. We guarantee a 100% delivery on time, accuracy, quality and acceptance of our certified human document translations. Usually, after this process our sealed and certified document does not need notarization. However a notarization is possible and it has an additional cost of $55 per document. Keep in mind that the notarization adds 1-2 days on top of the translation time as the Notary needs to personally meet with the translator to notarize the document.

If the state refuses to apostille your documents, we can only refund 50% of the total apostille fee. Also the documents need to be sent again if not complying with the state's requirments. The state always issues an official statement when it refuses to apostille a document, and we will provide this statement to you as proof of refusal.
The price for an Apostille includes:

  • Filling all required forms for submission
